Video Chronicler

• Responsible for start-to-finish creation of 40-minute wildlife documentary for delivery to as many as 110 guests at the end of each week. Shot during the day, edited at night under deadline and without direct supervision.
• Sole videographer onboard vessel for five weeks at a time in remote and extreme environments.
• Set-up and shot interviews with naturalists, crew, and staff using natural light and limited equipment.
• Troubleshot lounge video setup, videographer computer & equipment, and guest camcorder and still cameras.
• Close interaction with passengers at all times. Made sure that they felt comfortable with the presence of the camcorder and were satisfied with the video’s role in the voyage experience.
